Product Description
Boquete is a valley on the eastern side of Volcan Baru. The valley floor is about 3300 ft. in altitude and most of the coffee is grown on the slopes that surround the valley. Some coffee plants from this region are above 5500 ft. High altitude growth produces a slower grown larger bean. The combination of slow growth and large bean equates to big flavor. This medium roast is low in acidity, with a bright citrus flavor that will linger to a long aftertaste with a syrup-mouth feel.
