Papua New Guinea AA Arokara
The Arokara cooperative of Papua New Guinean coffee plantations has over 20 years of experience in growing and processing top quality coffee. The coffee fruits are handpicked, and are washed in the water of the nearby Aru River. After washing, the coffee is sun dried for 7-12 days to remove the fruit from the bean. Roasting brings deep notes of dark chocolate, and a full, lingering body to this amazing coffee.
