The Korofeigu Farmers Cooperative is located in the located in the valley of the eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinean. This coffee plantations has over 70 years of experience in growing and processing top quality coffee. The coffee fruits are handpicked, and are washed in the water. After washing, the coffee is sun dried for 7-12 days to remove the fruit from the bean. Roasting brings deep notes of dark chocolate, and a full, lingering body to this amazing coffee.
